I found the auggie breed when I was looking for the PERFECT ranch, family, and road companion. I never intended on raising them but after adding Abbie to the family following 8 months of careful searching, I knew someone needed to introduce this phenomenal breed to the world.
Designer Breed
Auggies may not be a recognized breed but that didn't stop us from seeking out and acquiring the very best registered Corgis and Aussies available. Every puppy is raised in our home as a member of the family. Exposed to everything from a rambunctious toddler to any one of over a dozen different domestic and exotic animals on our ranch.
Getting Prepared For Their Forever Homes
All of our puppies have tails docked and dew claws removed unless buyer specifies otherwise and pays in full when they are born. They are wormed every 2 weeks and leave with age appropriate vaccines. In addition, they are socialized daily, started crate and potty training, and have been on at least one road trip. We want your only endeavor to be loving your new best friend.
Trainability
Everywhere we bring these dogs, people comment on how well behaved, confident, and go with the flow they are. Auggies love to be with their person and even as puppies are more than happy to tag along no matter where that is. Anywhere I frequent, people are always eager to see what bundle of love I brought with for them to snuggle with. They do great even as young pups off leash and just want to please.
Independence
Auggies are the perfect mix of independent and dependent. They are more than happy to play outside all day and don’t require any special accommodations as far as enrichment goes. They have more than enough stamina to keep up all day around the ranch or to be a great hiking partner. On the flip side, if you want to stay in for a movie marathon or are heading out on a cross country road trip, they aren’t so high energy that they won’t enjoy just keeping you company.
